I was just wondering what would be the better meal choice for my last meal of the day.
8 oz low carb chocolate milk, 4.5 grams of fat, all saturated, 8 grams of protein, and 2 grams of carbs. Total calories 80
with 2 tablespoons of homemade mixed nut butter
or
8 oz low carb fat free milk, 0 grams fat, 2 grams carbs, and 8 grams protein
total calories 40
with one scoop of whey protein powder, 120 calories, 2 grams fat, 2 grams carbs, and 20 grams protein
with 2 tablespoons of homemade mixed nut butter
so what do you guys think? Chocolate milk? or Chocolate protein powder?
