Hemp Butter?

Has anyone ever heard about hemp butter? I have been told that it is the best, healthiest nut/seed buttter out there.
Is there any any turth to this?

Without doing a shred or research on hemp butter specifically I would say that is absolute bull**** spread by hippies trying to encourage the myth that hemp is the greatest plant product on the face of the planet. That's just me though.
