eww, this thread reminded me of Met Rx Chocolate MRP Shake. That stuff is so thick I could eat it with a spoon. But tastes (and even looks) like poo though. If anyone out there likes really really really thick mrp's, this one is for you, if you can stand the taste.

Throw your protein powder in a blender with some ice and a bananna or two.

Ice works well, or frozen fruit...adds fiber too.
