well after a few years of being unhappy of being overweight i've decided to get the body i've always wanted

Height : 6'1
Weight : 227 pounds

200 pounds

My main goal is loosing the stomach and getting a cut upperbody
right now my workout schedule is just 4 times a week alternating between upper body areas.
looking to find a rigid routine and to revamp my diet with some new nutrients and such to make sure i get the most of my workout
i'll keep posting as developments come and go
