I'm 14 in 8th grade and I'm on creatine. Just whatever you do, dont use more than you needed. Nothing serious will happen, it just goes to waste and makes your stomach upset. I would say yes. Screw all the 40 year olds saying "Oh you'll kids have been known to die because of creatine. Super natural aliens come down from the sky and eat their brains because creatine exibits neurotrasmitic powers." When it comes down to it, its your body, do as you wish.

If you would have researched you should have discovered possible side effects, how creatine works, and that you WASTED a lot of $$$ on cell tech. All of this could have been discovered in about 10 minutes searching the forums.

If you have done research then you would have known the answers to every single question you just asked. So sorry but I don't think you did a months work of research. I don't think you even did a nights worth. Or you would at least know the dosage.

Also the information I gave you is true for creatine monohydrate. I am not familiar with Cell-Tech or whatever, so I don't know if that stands true.

There's a creatine sticky at the top of this forum. Read it.

I closed this thread because there is no need for 20 posts to discuss the usage of creatine, searching, and who's older than who.

Flinch: welcome to the forums, but lose the attitude and the language. Insulting people is a good way to be banned.

Hopetobefit: your posts weren't that bad, but I made some edits. Don't give out misleading advice (even if it's a joke) because some people are dumb enough to believe you and that's not the type of environment we want around here.

getfit: you need to calm down on replying to every out-of-line comment people make. If you know something is going to be deleted, don't respond. Otherwise, you create more work for the mods. The reason I'm saying this is because I've noticed you do this on a lot of threads.

No hard feelings towards any of you, just try not to let a dumb/insulting comment drag you into an internet argument. Thanks guys (and gals). :)
