A bit of a weird question but here it goes: Is it possible that Creatine is making me more hungry? I've been cycling it for the past 2 years but this is the first time I noticed it (I am 24, 6'2, 210, try to eat between 4-5 meals a day but I feel like eating every hour, even after big meals)....

its probably not the creatine and just the fact that your use to eating 5 meals a day

if you are hungry your body is demanding energy. how many cals you eat a day? try eating bigger meals.

If you are getting enough kcals, and just want to suppress appetite, I just started taking a supplement called "Hoodia Gorgonii" that seems to be doing the trick. I like it because it`s knocking out my appetite without making me hyper or jittery (ie, no thermogenics or stimulants).
Just a thought.

I've used hoodia with some success, also. It doesn't work for everybody, but it seems to work at least somewhat for most people.

Water is still the best appetite suppresent in my opinion.

If you are getting hungry that means you are not eating enough, atleast if you are bulking, acording to my friends nutritonist, your last few bites of every meal should be very hard and should feel like ass, then if you are getting too hungry in between meals or dont feel full at the end of one you need to up the calorie intake, btw what r u at now?
and remember to drink lots of water

Sorry guys, was out on Spring Break (it is pretty early this year!). Thanks for replying - all great posts - as I kinda lost hope in this post after a few days of no replies. With my body weight, I try to eat around 3200 calories a day and drink lots of water of course, but I think I may have discovered the answer to my question....
While home, I asked my mom's friend who is a nutritionist about my "dilemma" and he asked me 2 simple questions: 1) How fast are you eating your meals?, and 2) Do you have a tendency to swallow large chunks of your food? And it struck me that I've been doing the aforementioned for quite some time now especially when I am eating with friends who know me as a "big eater" so every time we eat lunch or dinner together I try to (as stupid as it sounds) impress them by devouring my meals in the shortest amount of time. Thus, lately, I have been trying to actually pay attention to how quickly I am eating, trying to really chew my food (sounds like kindergarden, I know) and I must say that I have been feeling less hungry and overall better. Weird how simple some things are. Any comments?
