Sup everyone I decided to start a journal. I'm 5"7 and I weigh 190-193 at the moment. I want to be 210-215 by July so let's see how it goes. I'm a typical hardgainer so bear with me. I have an extensive football background and I have played lots of basketball and ran some track. Starting tommorow I will be trying to take my training to new heights....wish me luck!

goodluck dude. If you are planning on gaining 20-25 lbs by this summer, then you are no hardgainer!

Well I woke up this morning ready to go at 6:30, my training partner called me and said that he will be 15min late. I thought I should sleep for 15 min more but I woke up when he called me from the gym !ooooooooooops anyhow, I rushed out(snowing like crazy) popped 2 ephedrines had no time for pre workout meals..nothing!

CHEST:
Bench press: 135x8
225x8
275x8
295x6
Incline: 135x8
185x8
225x8
250x6

FLAT DP: 80X8 90X8 100X9(LAST REP ASSISTED)

INCLINE DP: 70X8 80X8 90X8 100X8

Was major pumped after this...wanted to do some flat flys but did two sets on the machines(got lazy) and hungry!

damn your bench is crazy, especially on no food! I wish I still had ephedrines... :(

Kiwibuilder:I'm seriously a hardgainer....I'm 31 and when I first touched weights I was 18,since then I have been on and off,more on in the last 5 years! I weighed 130 when I started at 18....it has slowly and I mean slowly creeped up to whatI'am now(194 this morn)
