I usually do cable pushdowns or skull crushers for tris. They are pretty big, but only towards the top of the arm. Down near the elbow, it is pretty small comapared to the rest. I try and do full range of motion all the time. How do I work the lower part of the muscles.(what part of the range of motion streseses the part near the elbow the most.)

if u cbf doing dips then:lie on a bench grab a bb and do some tricept extentions lieing down (cant remember the neam of the exersie??)

that would be a skull crusher which he listed as doing already
