Is it safe to take Thermorexin (just ordered 2 bottles) plus an EC stack?

my stats: 5'9" 180lbs about 13-14%BF

I eat about 1900 cals/day

i believe it says that thermorexin should NOT be taken with any other cutting supplement...so no its not ok....there is already E and C in the thermorexin...if u added more it would be ******ed and definetly not good...

First of all, eat more!!!

Second: as Optimum08 said, don't take the two together. Although there is no E in t-rex.

Just like everyone else said... not together.

yeah only reason im eating this little is because i need to get my abs back for the summer.. I try to eat 1g per 1lb of protein to maintain muscle

so what about taking CLA with t-rex.. is CLA considered a thermogenic?

You can take CLA with it if you want. I would personally say it's a waste of money though. A solid diet + t-rex should be all you need.

i agree with everyone here. don't use both. also, my stats are almost the same as yours, and in my experience, you need more calories

There is no Ephedrine in Thermorexin. It is illegal, at least in the U.S., to use ephedrine/ephedra in a dietary supplement.

I just got off my bulking phase and i was at 190lbs and weight myself today at the gym - now I'm at around 178

i want to get down to 7-8% BF to get my abs back for the summer, based on my stats how much calories should I eat per day if I want to hit that goal? I don't want to loose too much muscle which i think I'm losing a bit off since i lost too much weight in a short period of time.

(I go to the gym 6 days a week for atleast 2 hrs)

Start around 2100 cals and adjust as needed. What are you doing for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week? What sort of routine is that?

if you want to use them both, rotate them 1-3 weeks at a time.

Your cals look kinda low. I'd toss in a cheat meal / day every week or so. Wouldn't want your metabolism to slow down.

I would take the E with T-rex. Doesn't T-rex already have caffeine?

T-rex has pretty much everything BUT the E.

whats your protein/carb/fat intake?

it can be nearly as important as the total cals.
