hey im 5 6 and ive gained 9 pounds on a 3 and a half week bulk which is not long but im up to 126 and i decided i wanted to cut all the way to 6 percent body fat before i fully bulk im at 10% now and i wanted to know if i should stay at 1500 cals or if i should go lower...and if im cutting while doing weighted situps will it have a nice effect to the abs?

If you're 126lbs you shouldn't even be thinking about cutting IMO. Don't be afraid to gain a little fat.

I'm 5'7 200lbs and I couldn't imagine being that light. My advice is to bulk up to 150 before you cut.

To answer your question, weighted sit-ups won't affect the way your abs look.

And if you MUST cut, then don't go below 1500 cals.

if you are going to bulk i really dont see the need to cut down to a lower body fat first. go ahead and bulk up then worry about fat (even though i doubt you actually have much to worry about)

My advice is to bulk up to 150 before you cut.

truest are you kidding bro cause you just posted the same thing in BBing forum and it got locked.. you always ask the same Qs and its not that we do not wanna answer your Qs but all of them are just the same Q but worded differently.. ive proably spent 4+ hours on aim trying to help you and you just seem to ask the same Q's..

are you for real or just dont understand or comprehend what we tell you?

make up your mind and stick to it...it does no good to flip-flop around (like a john kerry) ur just wasting time...so if ur gonna bulk bulk...and if your gonna cut then cut...but i would recommend a bulk...

well here is some golden advice for you bro.. find what you want to do and stick it out or youll be running in circles and making no gains.. its the only way and requires you to force yourself to eat and feel comfortable with your weight or to buckle down and diet until you reach your bf% goal..

Excellent advice. Switching from one program/diet to another due to impatience leads to the downfall of many gym-goers.

5'6" and 126 and you're thinking about cutting?! dude, you need to get to AT LEAST 150 first.. then think about cutting.. right now you have nothing to cut.
