How many times is it OK to do cardio per week without hurting gains too much?

4-5...i do 6 dayz and im ok the muscle just showz more man
that depends on whether you are bulking or cutting

im cutting dude so if youre bulking do it maybe 2-4 times a week id say

OK good. Im on a very slow gradual bulk, so Ill just do it 2 times a week. one 40 min, and one 25 min session I think.

Depends on the intensity and length of your sessions.

I dont do it very instensive, usualy around or under 130 beats per minute.
