Has anyone tried Biotest's new spike supplement? (www.getspike.com). I have looked at various forums, and people have reported excellent results. It is basically a natural stimulant, which unlike chemical stimulants, is non-addictive, doesn't make your heart race, and doesn't make you "foggy."
From what I've read, it sounds great, especially for those days I seem to really drag in the gym (which in law school is unfortunately not infrequent). What I have not read is any known or potential long term effects. For what its worth, it seems it may be based on "sulbutiamine." I believe this is a derivative of some kind of B-vitamin, but who knows, this is not my area of knowledge..
I have ordered a free sample of it - but I am reluctant to try it - I am a dude who likes to know exactly what is going in my bod.
Anyway, any info people can provide would be awesome.
Thanks :)
