these are always hard to estimate exactly.. so 15-18%

14-16% cause you look about pretty average and tahts the average for most guys..

ummm psmf would be a good diet but if you dont watch your diet when you get off of it you can pretty much pack all that weight back on in no time.. you have to have like a 2 week transistion period as to allow your body to get used to carbs again without gaining all your weight back... so be careful and good luck
