this has been botherin me for a while. what is the difference between white eggs and brown eggs?? i keep buyin tha white eggs cuz they are like 20 cents more expensive, and im asuming they have less fat er sumthin , any1 know? :smoke:

Ya they are only different on the outside, but to be sure why not check the nutrition labels.

One is brown, the other is not. Other than that, no clue. Compare the nutritional values and see if those are different.

hahahah, i just answered my own question. my mom just brought home some brown eggs, and i compared them to my white eggs and ther IS A DIFFERENCE!! brown eggs have 20 more calories per serving, and 2.5 more grams of fat. White is the better egg apparently. :idea:

it depends if you need calories or not. also you may want to check if the extra calories are in the yolk

it must just be the size of the eggs. because my brown eggs have everything the same. And if they have 2.5 more grams of fat. Then there is your 20 calories right there and thats in the yoke.
