okay say my weight is 155 right and i BULK to 180 by eating clean will my new LBM for me to loose fat and look good be 170 for example??
cause when i dieted i was 165 and i came down to 155 around here was my LBM

it depends on diet , cardio volume etc

LeanBodyMass = bodyweight - bodyfat.
if your bodyfat = 10% and your weight = 200, your LBM =
[10% of 200 = 20lbs fat]
200lbs - 20lbs = 180lbs LBM
so it depends on your bodyfat %

just what is the definition for you guys of eating clean?
for me since i am NO PRO
subway sandwichs once in a while
wholewheat bread,veggies,potatoe,sweet potatoe,oatmeal,cream of wheat
protein=steak,chicken breast,cottage cheese,whey powder,milk
fat-efa and stuff
if i am in a hurry i will get CHICKEN FAJITAS from mcdonalds not that much fat ,good ratios

It means:
Including some EFA's (primaly DHA and EPA)
Avoiding simple sugars (postworkout only)
Avoiding high GI carbs (postworkout only)
Eating no less than ~1g of protein per pound of LBM
Consuming carbohdrates like oatmeal,yams,sweetpotatoes etc (complex and fibrous carbohydrates)
Avoiding all the additional saturate and trans fats

basically, when you see a list of recommended BBing foods, if it ain't on the list then it ain't 'clean'
