it depends on diet , cardio volume etc

LeanBodyMass = bodyweight - bodyfat.

if your bodyfat = 10% and your weight = 200, your LBM =

[10% of 200 = 20lbs fat]

200lbs - 20lbs = 180lbs LBM

so it depends on your bodyfat %

It means:

Including some EFA's (primaly DHA and EPA)

Avoiding simple sugars (postworkout only)

Avoiding high GI carbs (postworkout only)

Eating no less than ~1g of protein per pound of LBM

Consuming carbohdrates like oatmeal,yams,sweetpotatoes etc (complex and fibrous carbohydrates)

Avoiding all the additional saturate and trans fats

yup.

basically, when you see a list of recommended BBing foods, if it ain't on the list then it ain't 'clean'
