Don't mix nitrean with cottage cheese

Just a warning to y'all.

I tried throwing a couple of scoops of Nitrean into my cottage cheese this morning, to make a sort of bodybuilder pudding mixture.

Ugh. Mistake. While Nitrean remains my favourite protein powder in shakes, it does not taste good when mixed in with cottage cheese.

I don't think I've ever tried mixing protein powders or MRPs with cochee before... generally if I put anything in cottage cheese it's a spoonful of sugarfree jam or maybe some fresh fruit.

Good idea on the yogurt, gf - I will try that next time I'm eating some yogurt.

I mix Nitrean and cottage cheese every night with a stick blender, add in ice, water, and a little fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, and it's great. Sometimes a tablespoon of Natty PB, and it's REALLY great. Comes out like vanilla ice cream, or vanilla PB ice cream.
Nitrean is the best-tasting, easiest mixing protein powder I've tried in 20 years.
