I am considering taking multivitamin tablets or pills or whatever they come in. How important are they? Do any of you take them? How safe are they?

Thanks in advance

Vitamins are essential. They are safe as long as you don't take too much of some of them like vitamin a. I take source naturals mega one along with miscellaneous others.

I take multi-pro 32x vitamins. They're super packed with an ungodly amount of minerals. They make your pee neon yellow. I'm wondering if I should change to one a day just because they're cheaper. And do you think if I DO, that I could take one in the morning and one at night, or is that overkill?

How important are they?

A multivitamin is just making up for any deficiency in your diet. If your diet is good, they're not very important at all.

Do any of you take them?

Yes

How safe are they?

Safe
