spring water, citric acid,natural flavors,sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid, sucralose,zinc gluconate,niacinamide,vitamin a palmitate,vitamin b6,echinacea,ginseng,astragalus,scizandra,sodium selenite, cyanocobalamin (b12)
there aint nothin better than good ol' H20
unless you're trying to get your estrogen levels up, in which case you should definitely have caffenated tea :thumbup:

It's a good idea..
Especially when you want to have something sweet (sugar cravings) and as long as you drink up to a gallon of water per day.
