I'd seriously worry about overdose at 2 scoops... and watch out for those withdrawals if you stop one day!

seriously though cell tech isn't all creatine, the rest is dextrose and a few other things

Two scoops supplies the following ingredients:
Creatine Monohydrate - 10g
Lipoic Acid - 200mg
Calories - 300
Total Fat - 0g
Cholestorol - 0mg
Sodium - 60mg
Potassium - 150mg
Calcium - 20mg
Total Carbohydrates - 75g
Protein - 0g
Vitamin C - 250mg

Other Ingredients:
Dextrose, Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine, Natural and artificial flavors, Malic acid, Red beet powder, Dipotassium phosphate, Disodium phosphate, Magnesium phosphate, Ascorbic Acid, Lipoic Acid, coloring agent, Chromium Picolinate.

I would suggest reading the label and know what you are consuming and how to consume it before even purchasing a product, esp. when it comes to supplements.

(I will avoid the cell-tech bashing for now)

it is good stuff...but not worth the price at all...u could make your own cell-tech by buying some creatine monohydrate powder some dextrose and a packet of kool-ade...thats all cell-tech is basically...with some miniscule amounts of vitamins etc. added...

well i got a 4.3 LBS bottle for only 26 on ebay so i guess it was worth it? What does that dextrose do? Since cell-tech has sugar in it to help obsorbtion do you think i should still mix it with kool-aid to get better obsorbtion or will it not be necessary?

Like i said earlier, you should probably know what is in your products before gulping them down, hoping they will help you but not knowing how

I wish someone had forced me to do my own research when I was starting out. I would have saved alot of money that way.

$26 would get you at least 10 lbs of dextrose, and plenty of creatine monohydrate, with which you can make your own "cell-tech" that will last for months.
