Creatine, Safe?

Is Creatine safe? Can any of you point me to reputable articles stating so?

Also, are the effects long lasting?

What has your guys' experience been?

I want to use it for the same reason that I want to use B-Complex vitamins--to eliminate fat and skin left over from when I used to be fat.

Creatine won't do anything for loose skin, and neither will B-Complex.

Like I said in my other reply to you. If you want to get rid of loose skin you have to pray (for a miracle) or pay (for plastic surgery.

Creatine is not safe, it will give you giant elephant balls...stay away.
