This is me back in 2000 @ 18 years old. This is when I first started training pretty much, even though I had no clue what I was doing. 2nd picture is me about 4 months ago maybe. 3rd pic is a shot where you can see how much my neck has changed, and how skinny my face really use to be lol.

Most remarkble transformation.

For me, being able to see this kind of change is great encouragement. It is too easy to focus on the latest photos, i.e. the muscular beast, and therefore lose sight of the fact that even the biggest guys have to start somewhere.

Thanks HanhB.

HUGE transofmation. You've pretty much evolved lol. Great work man, very inspiring for the rest of us. You should post up a few poses, maybe a side chest and a most muscilar. Also some back poses.

Unbelievable man. Stories and pictures like yours give guys just starting out (such as myself) loads of inspiration. Good work :)

Man, you can even tell in the first pic that you're destined to have a huge chest, and it shows. Looking great.

An AK47 is supposed to be convincing? My MK19 would totally own you

(ok, ok, I'll avoid getting into politics)

thanks guys. I would love to have the bf % I did in that first pic now but I'm not too concerned with that now. I could only bench around 150lbs for my max when that first pic was taken. It's weird because there are some parts of my body that I thougth never grew, like my forearms and arms in general. It takes a picture like that to show it I guess, because it's so hard for someone to notice their own slow, gradual gains.

Isn't this the truth.

You have made spectacular gains. Great job man!

Holy **** dude, you're my new wbb idol. Haha.

I basically started with the exact same body (three months ago) as you in the first pic.

Nice change.

lol, yea I want a drum for mine so bad. I'm about to send mine out to get the stocks stained, and the metal refinished-makes so much of a difference.

Jensen: thanks man, I think if I knew what I was doing when I had started that change would have been possible in a lot less than 5 years, but you live and learn I guess.

Very impressive Hahn. You've done essentially what I did. I used to weigh 140. Went from a scrawney looking punk to a pretty decent sized guy. Isn't it great when people see you that haven't seen you for years see you and their jaw hits the ground?

Yea bro that's the best part:) Hopefully one day I'll have some size on me like you, chase and some of the other bigger guys on here-I'd like to get to atleast 225 if I can.
