View Full Version : Help! What to eat and how much?? Im way to thin!

Heyy guys.. i have very bad eating habits and I need to know what I should Be eating in a day and how much. Im a male 5"11 only 145 pounds :omg: im pretty sure thats way too thin. My day consists of some sort of unhealthy cereal in the morning.. like lucky charms or froot loops. Then I usaully dont get time to eat lunch on weekdays.. unless i can make something to bring to school which I never do. Any suggestions? I drink hardly any water and about 4 glassess of milk a day and maybe eat one fruit. and mostly meat for dinner. I need a good diet plan.. What should I eat and how much.. PLEASE HELP thanks .. ryan

read the "what a bodybuilder eats" sticky in diet and nutrition. eat those types of things. start drinking lots of water

ya, the what a bodybuilder eats thread is a good starting point. Eat protein and a lot of it, but dont shy away from good fats and carbs.

Always pack enough food for the day ahead of time so you never have to skip meals. Make it a priority in the morning or night before.
