View Full Version : First Post - Eating Routine Ideas

Hi there, this will be my first post.
I'm about 6 foot and 170 pounds. My goal is for about 200 pounds sometime. Not a huge rush rush thing. I'm sorta of doing a clean bulk, I'm not going nuts eating everything, I try to keep it low fat. So like 3-4 days of weights a week and a day of cardio... how much cardio should I do actually? Is 20 mins enough or should a go a bit longer? I'm just starting to add this in now, since I've got a bit of a belly beginning to show.

Anyways, so heres what I'm eating, suggestions would be appreciated. I eat usually every 2-3 hours, depending on how I feel.

1. 1 cup oatmeal with skim milk, shake(1 scoup WHEY with skim milk and 2 tbsp of peanut butter)
2. 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white and 3 piece of toast with peanut butter and 2 glasses of skim milk
3. 1 can of tuna on bread or 1 shake(see above) and an apple or bananna
4. potatos, rice, 2-3 pieces of chicken, carrots, broccoli, corn
5. 1 cup oatmeal 60 mins before workout

Pre. creatine 20-30 mins before workout
Post. shake(see above)

I'm also eating like 4 pieces of fruit a day. Apples, bananas, oranges

Now I either have time to workout at around 11am/noon, which is after the first meal. Or I'm working out in the evening at around 10pm.

how many calories is that? and what is the breakdown(grams of p,f,c)?
