Hi Im 16 years old and i worked out for about 6 months and i need to get big for the summer so i can hit the beach and impress da laydes so i need some hints about what to eat. Hear's my workout plan i workout 6 days a week and do 6 sets of bench press 6 sets of decline press 6 sets of incline and if i still feel strong 6 sets of flies. Then i do 5 sets of barbel curls and 5 sets of hammer curls and 5 sets of preecher curls with a few sets of cabel curls afterwords. Then i word abs for about 10 sets and sholders for 5 sets of overhead press and 5 sets of lateral raise. I take 3 shakes of wieder mega mass 4000 a day like it says on the directions should i take more shakes? i try to eat as much protien as possible from tuna and chicken milk but i think i need more cause im still only 145 pounds and i need to be 185 to 200 by the summer.

I would not add anymore shakes to that diet. Eat more chicken, eggs, tuna, meat, oatmeal, rice, sweet potatos etc. Spread your meals evenly throughout the day. I eat every 2-3 hours.

oh yeah, throw some healthy fats in there also. Try some Flax oil, natural peanut butter, almonds etc.

Train your legs and eat more. You probably won't be 185 this summer, though.

Not going to happen unless you want to get fat. Gaining quality wait takes time.

You really need to educate yourself.

He can be 185 by the summer. Just eat like mad and don't mind the enormous amount of fat gain =).

If you want it to be lean body mass, then good luck attaining that without the help of some pretty nifty anabolics.

yup 4000 calories per serving you get it at wall mart but it is pretty expencive cause you have to take 3 servings a day to get bulked

12,000 calories a day is a little insane, im no nutritionist expert, but i dont think 12,000 calories a day is a good idea.

at the rate you are going you will surely hit 185 by summer... rofl... are you eating anything on top of drinking 3 shakes a day?

Hey man... keep the calories nice and high. The number of shakes look good, however the number of sets you're doing for your biceps is WAY too many. You can immediately cut your sets in half, possibly more... I have to laugh because I used to bench and curl like a maniac when I was younger thinking it would impress the ladies. You need to work your back and legs or you won't be portioned. There's a lot to be said about being portioned in your physique... the ladies love it.

1 serving of Mega Mass 4000 is 3 cups of powder (1lb) and comes out to 1600 calories. You need to add 6 cups of milk to reach 4000 calories. 6 cups = 1.5L = 3.3lbs ... so in one sitting you are eating 4.3lbs of food? I'd like to see a video of that. ;)

yea, i just went to the weider website, i think the kid is just describing it all wrong, i think he is drinking a TOTAL of 4000 cals a day, not 4000 cals per serving. but eating 4 pounds of real food is not hard at all, ive done that multiple times.

One think eat real food you dont need shakes for being 140,50 lbs. Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get a new routine your not going anywhere with what your doing now......

thanks all. I guess it isn't 4000 calories per shake (should have looked closer at the label) no wonder im still 145 pounds lol

You "have" to take 3 servings a day, eh? If you're really serious about that, I think you should do more research.

All I can say is that you dont have enough time to get "1337". You weigh 150lbs... to get 1337 you need to gain atleast 50lbs of muscle and you wont do that this year. Also work out everything evenly... you dont want huge arms and chest and have crap legs.
