best muscle shake?

Hi i use wieder muscle mass 4000 (the stuff from wall mart) and think it is pretty good. but it is expencive cause i have to take three shakes a day is there a shake that is as good as this but alot cheaper? i need to gain 40 pounds so i need a shake with 4000 calories per serving or so not just protien but also lots of carbs.

I dont know how much that particular shake cost, but make your own shake, usally it will be cheaper and catered exactlt to you.

Wow, 3 shakes of 4000 calories each? Why don't you spend the money on some quality food instead, and get a cheaper brand of muscle shake of maybe 1500 Calories a shot and supplement it twice a day?

I'm not sure how the body handles a 4000 caloric liquid meal, but I know my roomate's body decides to shoot it out the back end real fast.

Wow, that sure makes for a nasty mental picture. Try finding a protein shake you like(I prefer ON strawberry) and add things to it. I add a half cup or more of oats and mix it with milk. It's 7-800 calories for less than 32oz. I think a 4000 calorie meal is a bit excessive.
