did you have a proper warm up? You said during your last lift but i dont' recall you indicated what lift it was.

It was only lifting my second time 295x1, but i warmed up with 135x 10. Today ( i did it yesterday) my muclses feel alot more back to nomral but when i strec them out , they hurt and feel sore still. I think if i give it a cuple of days i will be fine . :bang:

What lift were you doing?

So that was only your second weight training session recently, yet you decided to go for a one rep max? Not very smart mate. Don't jump into the heavy weights so suddenly.

Take your time, start with higher rep training, work on your form, and gradually increase the weight. This way your connective tissues and joints have time to adapt.

Also, warming up with just 135 x 10 isn't a good idea either. Several lower rep sets building up to your max would have been a better choice.

Bad warmup as someone else mentioned. Horrible warmup to be honest.

Don't do the exact same workout two days in a row.
