since i am bulking to increase my LBM and stuff would fruit be a wise choice to eat ? how many servings i want my LBM to be like 165 or higher instead of 150ish :)

fruit should be included in bulking and cutting. fruits and veggies will give you the most of your vitamins and minerals. most fruit has lots of fiber too, which is really important when bulking, since you'll be eating so much more food.

Try to have 2 servings of fruit and 3 serving of veggies every day.

Fruit is an excellent food for bulking...not too great for cutting. Go ahead and eat 3-4 pieces of fruit per day! Just remember your protein too!
