I dont because:
1. I just started lifting
2. Costs money
3. I dont know enough about it
4. I dont like to put things in my body that I dont know anything about
5. Ill just stick to whey

I've taken it in the past... just not anymore. Personally I found that it didn't really help me that much. I noticed the water retention, a pump, and a small increase in strength. I found it to be VERY temporary though. I cycled it for about 2 months and after I was done I started lifting again without it and my weight dropped down to what it would have been if I had been lifting without it for 2 months. IMHO it is not worth the money... eating right will get you ALOT farther than creatine.

Also just in case ur wondering why I didn't mention health effects and such it's because I don't really care about that. The only thing that scares me is steroids (I don't like needles or heart attacks).

I don't. I find that doing BBing naturally without any kinds of synthetic supplements other than whey makes you feel a lot more satisfied.

Same things goes for steroids for me.

i tried it many moons ago. it just made me pee a lot.

i think it works best for thinner folk who have a hard time gaining weight. doesnt do jack for fat guys like me who can add weight just by smelling food. (zero scientific evidence to support this, just my opinion)

I don't. I heard that it has a possibilty of shrinking your dick. Is that true?

I is first person. In third person it would be Jim does not use creatine.

I have never used it, unless you count SoBe No Fear energy drink, with its whopping 50mg. Didn't notice any results because I'm a hardgainer, wasn't training correctly, wasn't sleeping enough, wasn't eating enough, and the energy drinks (which I practically abused, even though I stayed within the "healthy" 4 can a day limit) boosted my metabolism even more.

I've only heard mormons say this. Maybe they aren't allowed to use it and don't want others getting stronger faster. Just kidding.
I'm pretty sure nothing besides actual physical trauma can affect the size of your penis.

I cycle it, off right now, planning to get back on. 2.5grams post workout definitely does the trick for me

I do. I've been taking it for a weak and a half and so far i'm no really noticing much of a difference. Which was expected.

I use it, and I think it has really sped my gains over the past 6 months (cycling, of course) compared to when I used to lift w/o it.

what satisfies me is seeing results whether taking supplements or not,

ya results are results, and I've noticed significantly increased gains since I started taking creatine, I don't think I will stop until I've hit my target weight.

They are totally different and you could use both. creatine allows your muscles to absorb more water and henceforth be stronger/lift more weight. If your goal is to get as big as possible as fast as possible, creatine is your best bet as far as supplements go, but I don't see why you couldnt use whey as well.

Creatine is one of the few supplements with actual scientific backup

The stuff i buy is 30g dextrose with 5g creatine per serving, so i just use it as a High GI post-workout shake, with a creatiney bonus

Creatine does not cause acne or create skin problems.

Creatine does not cause acne or create skin problems.

tell that to everyone whose experienced it. I never have had acne issues in my life. Didn't change nothing about my diet. All the sudden i'am getting blemishes. It's possible it was a allergic reaction and the toxins came out threw the skin. Just like with excema.

it's entirely up to you. You don't have to, but it couldn't hurt.

The reason I ask is that 2 of my friends use whey, they are against creatine. They are against because it only absorbs water into the muscle, thus not allowing the muscles to actually grow. They also claim that creatine is unhealthy too. So if creatine allows the muscles to absorb more water, what does whey do?
