Hi,

I am from the Caribbean and I have a journal HERE (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=55062&page=5) which outlines my workout plan but I just never seem to gain any REAL weight. I know it must be my diet, i know its severelylacking.

What can i eat to give me 4000+ cals at low cosr and can be made easily at home? My metabolism is SUPER fast!

I currently already take a MRP called RealGains which gives me 610 cals, and 52g protein, plus flaxseed once a day.

Hey im from Guyana, and its super hard for me to gain as well. I started at 5'11'', 120, now im about 135 after bulking at 5-6k for about a month and working out. Anyway post your current diet, and we'll go from there. Read the "what a body builder eats" sticky and youll have a general idea on what to eat. As for cheap, oatmeal, tuna on sale, chicken, beef, natural peanut butter, ect.....shop on sale, When old fashioned oatmeal is on sale for 89cents a canister, buy 50 cans, the stuff aint gonna expire that fast. You can also check GNC weekly, around the first week of the month the usally have sales on protein powders/weightgainers/supplements that will expire in 2-3 months. Before they expire youll finish them.

Do you like peanut butter? If so, get yourself a tub of it and eat lots of it. 2 table spoons will give you 190 calories. I recommend the natural PB. Keep the protein high and eat as much as you can (keep it relatively clean) until you start packing on the muscle!

Ok. define relatively clean? Pretty much no junk food like chocolate etc? or are they some foods in general that arent "clean"?

Milk.. well as much as you can without being toilet bound hehe. I drink 2-4 litres per day when bulking.

4 slices of WW toast. 280 cals
3 servings of PB 570 cals
2 Glasses of milk 250 cals
Grand total 1100 cals

My fav bulking snack, yes- the triple decker PB on WW. Wash it down with ~16oz of milk and you're golden.

if you feel like cheating a little bit get some nice vanilla ice cream (i like dreyers) and make milkshakes with whole milk, for people with super fast metabolisms (like myself) its a really easy and fun way to get a relatively high amount of calories in a short amount of time, and you can easily drink 2-3 of them a day after meals.

Where do they sell dreyers ice cream? Is it a special brand?

I love fish, especially the burboun marinated salmon you can get from Publix or Fresh Market. I have to admit though I think catfish tastes like dirt. Seeing how it's a bottom feeder it makes sense. So that would taste like a dirt sandwich with mayo and tomatoes. Ugh.

and then repeat

couldn't hurt to throw a bananna on there. The PB/banana sammich is amazing.

actually the catfish you buy in stores is farm raised and most comes from where i live. Unless its fresh caught then you have nothing to worry bout.
