I read an article about adding protein powder to snack recipes, such as cookies, muffins, or anything you can bake in your oven. The thought I guess is to make high protein snacks to make eating protein easier during the day. My concern is whether or not the protein will be wasted. On most containers of protein it says to keep dry and cool, and or drink immediately after mixing. That totally contradicts baking it in an oven. Just curious if anyone has tried this protein snack idea and how it turned out.
