View Full Version : Quick question regarding, bulking/cutting stages....

I'm trying to find a good diet for cutting, but at the same time I want to keep all the muscle I've worked hard for. I'm wondering that if I were to start cutting, if I'd lose muscle weight. My diet staples are gonna be tunafish, sandwhiches on whole grain breads, peanuts/butter, veggies, fruits, beef, chicken, and beans.

Would I want to use the 2500 cal 200 gram protein diet plan?

Maybe try for alittle bit more calories and work your way from there. Try to get a good amount of efa's and at least 1lb of protein per bodyweight which im assuiming youve got downpat.
