Doesnt it look like I just gained fat in the second pic?

I dont understand why I can't bulk?! I lost more strength while bulking then cutting.. why?!

The pics are at least 4 weeks later from each other.

My daily diet isnt consistent but more or less I just eat everything.

Bulking to me is basically just bumping up your calories. Therefore ur lefts are better and u create mass.

Well, 4 weeks isn't a huge amount of time, so I suggest bump up the calories and protein intake and see how you do in 4 more weeks. Watch the scale, too!

Unless you are genetically blessed (or have anabolic assistance), gaining quality weight takes quite a bit of time.

you don't look that much "fatter" in the second picture, just keep going at it, you're going to gain some fat (unless you're genetically blessed like stupendous said) when you bulk. your problem for not really gaining that much during your bulk is your a) not eating enough protein or b) you're eating a bunch of sh1t that really has no nutritional value to it (fast food, most highschool cafeteria food, etc.)
i'm almost in week 5 of my bulk, i'm going to post pictures at week 16 (bulking until week 12 most likely), going from start to finish

sory but those two pics look identical...... i generally judge gains every 2-3 months.....
