I am 175lbs 5'9"", with low bodyfat (finished some Ultimate Diet 2.0 cycles), but only have 14"" arms.. I know a lot of people would find this situation horrific but i am not overly concerned, simply wondering if they are extreme deviations from the mean..
For the record, my arm routine is as follows:-
2-4 sets chins 6-10 reps (BW+75lbs) (cut down bicep volume to see if it would make a change but nothing)
2 sets dips 6-8 reps (BW+~72lbs)
I am unwilling to try the "1/2 on your arms" routine hosted here because I dont like neglecting any bodyparts
And yes, i do "eat"

What's your whole routine like? Everyone eats, how many calories, carbs and proteins are you taking in every day? What are your goals?

goals = hypertrophy
Current routine is fullbody workout, then 2 days rest
Use to be Back/legs/chest/rest
Used to eat approx 270 grams protein a day, until i realised i dont need that much and eat approx 180 now, and upped my carbs. I can assure you that my diet is well researched
I eat enough, i eat until i can grab a fistful of stomach flab then i cut until its tight again
So basically you get fat and then work it off? :confused:

Something like a 4 day split with 1 day on 1 day off might be better for you. If your goal is hypertrophy one workout is not enough to hit everything hard enough, and if it does it's too long. Check out WBB1 or Max-OT

Hi Zebs, you said you've finished some diet cycles, did those include bulk cycles in between? If so, how many pounds did you put on during the bulk phase, and how long did it last?
As for the question, I dunno if 14" arms are disproportionate because you haven't given any other body measurements. Sounds normal though.
Maybe another muscle is a weak link in those exercises, meaning you're biceps and triceps aren't getting overloaded enough. If you really feel you should have bigger arms, you should isolate them. Dips may be ok for triceps, but chins use a lot more than your biceps.
I wouldnt though, I'm sticking to compound exercises. Seems like the best way to me to keep in proportion.
