First pic is from about a year ago; I did leg press only. Stopped lifting after spring break until August '04. I then began Max-OT, which incorporated squats into my workouts. I think they have grown like 1" - 1.75" in a matter of months. Here's proof to anyone that thinks (squats == leg press) that they are WRONG (I used to be that guy).

I have uneven development due to a painful ACL tear from yesteryear if you were wondering. It still bothers me after every workout.

awsome job man nice improvement i used to do leg prepsses aswell and squats are the powerhouse man especially those done without smith machine keep it up

i was on MAX OT for year and saw major inmprovement so just keep at it

Nice job, dude. I started doing BB squats consistently, as well as heavy DB lunges a few months back and have had similar results. My thighs went from 21 1/2" to 24 1/4" at last measurement.
