1 scoop whey + 10g creatine
120g banana
140g frozen peaches

this is just some stuff i had on hand, figured i'd give it a try, i usually have 1 scoop whey with 1/2 cup oats, but i wanted to have something different today. This came out really good.

about 300 cals, 44g carbs 25 protein... add lots of ice and only a little water, came out really thick like a shake, i had the banana frozen that help thicken it up too. Very filling.

10 g creatine might be a bit too much...u might try 5g....and u might wanna add another scoop of whey unless your getting plenty from the diet...otherwise looks pretty delish...

im getting in 250g protein a day, only 23 of that is from whey.

Yes it would. The fat in PB slows down absorption which is not what you want PWO.

Agree'd, stay away from fat's in your PWO shake. And I agree with optimum, 10g of creatine might be a little too much, especially with all the fruit. You might have to quickly run to the bathroom ;)

Ah, ok! In that case, isn't the optimum time to take Creatine, prior to workout, roughly 1 hour before?
