I just wanna know if anyone knows the best way to calculate maintenance calories, calories for a cut, and calories for gaining. I was eating like 4000 (Not clean) cals last summer and dropped them to 2500 (clean) cals. I haven't lost much fat...but have gainned much muscle. I want to go on a cut now, but think I may have screwed up by bringing my cals down so fast in the begining...does anyone know where I can get the calculator or formula for this...age, weight, bodyfat, muscle mass all being a factor. THANKS

Best way to calculate maintenance calories, cutting calories, and bulking calories is to eat and adjust them as needed.
