Hey Guys,
I am looking to start a journal in which i can post my diet for now, In order to gain feedback from you as to whether or not im heading in the right direction. My aim of the diet is to bulk.
Current Stats

154lbs
Goal
175lbs - Does this sound reasonable?
Therefore I will start with what I have eaten today.
Nutrigrain Bar - 3g fat, 25g carbs, 1g prot
Special K Bar - 2g fat, 17g carbs, 2g prot
Fruit Bar - 2.5g fat, 18g carbs, 1g prot
2 litres of water
Protein Shake Recovery Drink - 50g prot
Pasta - 3.5g fat, 66.4g carbs, 14.5 prot
Pita Bread - 1.3g fat, 33.1g carbs, 5.8g prot
Chicken Breast - 1.1g fat, 24g prot
Banana and an Apple
Is this the right kinda stuff that I should be eating?
If I want to gain 20lbs, how many carbs and proteins should I be looking to intake each day?
And would it be worth me buying any suppliment powder?
I would like to get to 175lbs in order to "fill" out a little more, and obviously, gain alot bigger muscles.
I have attached a current image of me now.
