What do you think? Anything I need to work harder on? What do you think about my BF%? 13%? lower? higher?

Looking to cut until i get 10% BF and/or a 6 pack...im thinking around April 1st

Please comment...good or bad

i dont see anyabs at all, u look pretty lean but i see no abs....interesting

you do look very lean but none of those pics do your abs any justice..

lagging parts i would say chest and traps for sure.. you have pretty nice legs and arms . just work on your chest and traps more and dont worry about a 6 pack yet..

Thanks for the comments so far guys....the pics are a little deceptive. Like my chest is farily large imo, looks kinda weak there. Not sure why my abs are showing very well. Right now i cant see a 6pack, but i can see more def. than i do in the above pics

anyway...keep em' comming. And i added a back pic (last one down)

^yep right now my maxes are...

335lb deadlift x3 reps so 350 should not be to hard, i just need to try it
315lbs squat x1 rep should beable to get to 325 by march 16th
240lb bench x1 rep....not sure if i can get to 255...tried last week and failed big time

k, wtf are you trying to say with this post. He states that he is currently cutting down UNTIL he gets a six pack, and he asked for a critique. Contribute to the thread bro.

Your legs are looking especially good. Chest seems to be slightly lagging, but color pics would be good. You have great potential, keep it up.

You have a very similar build to mine, I'm thicker in the cest and the legs I'd say. I'm 6'0 195

if you dont have em already go fool around with your genetic makeup a bit. accu i really dont see any abs and you have probably a sub 10 bf...try doing some weighted excercises. try doing hanging leg raises. do rockies and when doing crunches remember to pull the string.

goin on spring break or something? work your abs 3x/wk with some hanging leg raises and some weighted ex's and im sure you will be alright by then

you dont need low bf its genetics i still have the v taper when i was at 14-15% bf

maybe you should work with heavy weights and sets of 6-8 reps.. that will def increase the size of the muscle. Since it looks like you're very lean already, definition might come out more if your abs were bigger in sheer size.
I think its better to work your abs like any other muscle.. rather than a bunch of crunches in the dozens, work it with short, heavy sets. This may go against some people here's opinions, if i'm wrong please correct me.

rofl i was basically saying that he looked lean enoguh to already have a six pack to me, everyone got it but you.....it was more of a comp about his physique saying he looked lean....jeesh

I understood what you where saying and it seemed like a backhanded compliment to me, which is not a compliment at all. Which you did again by questioning the honesty of his stated weight by adding "but if so" . If you can't actually critique the physique or compliment it then why make the effort to comment at all.
