ok i normally have 3 healthy medium size meals a day and try to add a peice of fruit inbetween either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner is this a good way to have a fast metabolism or if u can add some suggestions that would be great thx

are you asking if this is a way to make your metabolism fast? ways i know are to eat 6 meals daily, and to have a meal as quickly as possible upon waking. also i think drinking water may raise metabolism, but i may be confusing that w/ something else

Is there a point of constant physical activity where your metabolism won't lower or won't lower very much? I've always been curious as to how far I can push the envelope.

Im not sure atomical, but I agree with Jazer about eating as soon as you wake up, it gets your metabolisim workin again
