I'm 5'9, 130. Here's my diet and workout split, any advice would be appreciated.

-450 calories, 36g protein, 55g carbs, 8g fat

11:00 am WORKOUT

1:30pm: 3/4 cup (dry) oats, tuna, half cup nonfat yogurt, nuts
-420 calories, 38g protein, 50g carbs, 7g fat

4:00pm: 2 slices Ezekiel bread, sliced turkey breast, nonfat cheese, piece of fruit
-380 calories, 35g protein, 50g carbs, 5g fat

6:30pm: Pasta or brown rice, tuna or chicken breast, vegetables
-420 calories, 38g protein, 52g carbs, 4g fat

9:00: bowl of Total Protein, skim milk, some nuts stirred in
-260 calories, 20g protein, 23g carbs, 10g fat

11:00: cottage cheese, PB

WORKOUT:

Day 1: chest/triceps
Day 2: off
Day 3: back/biceps
Day 4: off
Day 5: legs/shoulders
Day 6: off
Day 7: start split over again

For the workout, do I have too much rest? Should I go to a 2 day on, 1 day off split?

I think your leg day should be legs alone. You work your shoulders when you work your back.
