Today my restaurant trip 'round the world takes me to morocco...

the restaurants where you have to eat with your hands... pretty cool, i think they serve alot of couscous and various chicken/beef/lamb dishes... kebabs too i think... any recommendations? I dont really want to cheat, but hey, once a week isnt going to kill me, i went wild on the thai food last week.

To be honest, I'd just use some common sense. Moroccan, at least what I've had, has a lot of beef, so have some beef for some protein and fat, and have a healthy amount of carbs. It's not all that hard to figure out what to eat.
