Well I finally broke down and decided to start a journal! Heres some info.... 5'8" currently around 167lbs age 22....

There is a link in my profile to pics and stats though i just got my wisdom teeth pulled last week and due to lack of food intake strength has gone down.... Anyways here is the plan of action tommorow.

Routine: (WBB1)
BB Bench
Incline DB
BB Rows

Diet: (Yes i plan out my days the night before......)
Meal 1 5:30AM
PWO shake Cal 280 C:33 P:34
Meal 2 7:00 AM
Chicken fettuccine Cal 390 F:13 C:42 P:25
Meal 3 9:00 AM
Meal 4 11:00 AM
Noodles and Meatballs Cal 480 F:21 C:50 P:23
Meal 5 2:00 pm
Burritos Cal 700 F:36 C:72 P:24
Meal 6 5:00 pm
Chili Cal 580 F:24 C:46 P:40
Meal 7 7:00pm
Chicken breasts Cal 360 F:12 P:64

Total Cal:3180 F:119 C:285 P:235

BTW I add olive oil to some of my meals and is factored in so although it's a lot of fat( is it?) it's full of some good healthy fats......

Any suggestions or comments let um fly!

ok here goes for the workout today, No spotter so i couldnt go to max on some
Workout started at 5:30 AM - 6:15 AM
BB Bench 155x8 165x6 175x3
Incline DB Press 50'sx8 55'sx7 60'sx5
Dips BW+25x8 +35x6 +45x6
Chins BWx8 +10x6 +25x5
Deads 185x8 225x6 275x3
BB Rows 95x8 115x7 125x5
Shrugs 185x8 225x6

Diet was exactly as I had planned so no changes there.... Also did 25 minutes of cardio before headin home today and some situps.....

Comments, suggestions, words of wisdom?

Diet was the same as yesterday and no gym time today but here is the plan of action for tommorow:

Day 3 : Legs

Squats : 2 x 6-8 reps
Hack Squats : 2 x 6-8 reps
Leg Curls : 2 x 6-8 reps
Straight Legged Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
Standing Calve Raises : 4 x 10 reps

BTW I am sore as hell from yesterdays workout..... I'ts been a while since i got this sore from a good lifting workout....

Here is the workout results
5:30 AM - 6:15AM
Squats 185x8 205x7 225x8
Hack Squats 135x8 185x6 225x2
Leg curls 87.5x8 100x6
SLDL 135x8 185x6 205x5
Standing calf raises 185x10 205x10 225x10

I finished all this in 30 minutes and so i did a brisk walk on the treadmill with maximum incline for the last 15 minutes..... Also came back in the afternoon and ran the 1.5 mile in 9:23 and performed 67 situps in 1:30 and 59 pushups in 1:30

Looks like you need to push yourself harder on the dips....if you can do 6 reps with 45, I would put on 70 and see what you can do

maybe but i could barely push out the last one.... I'll try for more next week most def...... This is kinda a new approach for me the whole 6-8 rep range.. i usually train in the 8-10 rep range so i'm still kinda feeling out what weights I'm at right now....
