Ok, I do not really know what to do about my diet... This is about what it was today...
Breakfast: Three Large Eggs, Toast
In between: Two slices of toast or so
Lunch: Chicken Breast, Two cans Green Beans
In between: Two-Four slices of toast or so
Supper: Two huge pieces of beef
After: Two slices of toast, Banana
And carrots here and there throughout the day...

The problem is, I am still hungry... Do I just go eat more or what?

how about replacing all that toast with oats, they are very filling and much healthier for you than bread. Hope that stuff is at least whole wheat toast. And to answer your question... yes eat more, eat lots more, looks like you barely make 2000 cals a day.

yea instead of toast.. stick in some cottage cheese or almonds..

Eat more in general, but focus on increasing protein and healthy fats...both are too low.

I also like the suggestion of substituting oats for all that toast.

Roger, I will give oats a try. I just had a bowl of cheerios, it filled me up for the rest of the night. :P
