im just wanting to know how much water i should take in per day.

im 17 stone.

Gallon, about 4.5 litre (UK measure). You also get alot of water from the foods you eat during the course of a day, but i'd keep drinking 4.5 as a minimum.

Some people drink a hell of alot more than that though.
