Hey guys, I need to get back in my lifting mode again. I have been lazy and have taken about a get 4-5 months from lifting. The main reason why is because of school. At 6ft 163 pounds, I would like to know what would be a good diet to add some size? How many cals, carbs, protein and stuff like that?
What do I need to do to get bigger?

you need to find out how many calories you need. normally i could tell you but i seem to have misplaced my magic 8-ball. anyway, get in at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. 20-30% of your calories should come from fats(the good ones, not mcdonalds) and the rest from carbs.

you don't need any supplements. just food
