I know that's a lot of info...just wondering what people might say. I'm trying to cut now, and need to get in at least 200grams of protein. It's worked so far, but I wondered if I could be doing better?

Looks good to me, but I think I would up the fat a little bit, ie add a serving of natty pb. Are you taking your vitamins also? If not you might add a multivitamin.

I guess I need to get some more fats in huh? The thing is, I can't get natty p.b over here in Japan. Maybe some sesame seed oil on the chicken?? As far as height and weight 180cm at 137kgs (The cals might seem low, but on a maintenance I was eating 2500-2700) Anymore suggestions?
