Basically I want to setup a diet for myself. What do you guys recommend I eat and I dont eat, what I drink and dont drink. Just wondering what I should be eating and what I should be staying away from

To bulk up I guess. I would want some bigger biceps/triceps and a nice stomach, not necessarily a 6 pac.

In order to bulk up do I need to eat lots of Carbs and Proteins?

listen to vido, he is right.
you need a calorie surplus to grow. you should get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. 20-30% of your calories should come from good fats and the rest from carbs. you also need a good routine. i hate to make assumptions but it doesn't sound like you know a whole lot about weight lifting. i would reccommend that you start wbb1
