i piged out today and yesterday...........okay i need to get back into gear and focus on cardio and lifting ,stupid pig outs i had like 5-6bagels yesterday and today and chinese food and donuts and cookies i mean dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm and cereal and i was still hungry,i exploded to ,stomach like santa clause hahah

ohoyoy...i still havent recovered from thanksgiving. call me lazy, weak, whatever, but I've been pigging out on junk food for the past 5 days straight...and yeah, its affecting my weight far beyond water weight but for the first time ever, i almost dont care.
why this is, I dont know. i need a good kick in my rapidly enlarging bum :p

bah...I was supposed to goto the gym on my lunch break...instead I went to eat some greasy chinese...and then stopped at Tim Horton's and am now back at my desk wolfing down chocolate Timbits... :mad:
i am a model of self-control...
the worst for me is when i get stressed. if stuff at school is piling up i start to panic...my family ought to lock the fridge then. maybe im strange but i think i pig out more when i am not in a good mood, rather than when im happy *shrug*
for reall tommorow is back to eating clean for real y0,:/
