Hey guys,
I've been bulking for about a week and a half now, I'm up 5-6 lbs. already which is great. I guess I was sort of a skinny-fat guy when I started this. No real fat on my upper body or arms or legs but a little around the waistline, especially the love handles.
I want to keep bulking, I'm only 146 lbs. and at 5'10" that is pretty damn scrawny, but I'd also like to keep the fat gain to a minimum because I think I may have a natural tendancy to pack on some fat in that love handle area.
Would it be beneficial at all for me to do 20 minutes of cardio every morning on an empty stomach in an attempt to burn some of that off and yet continue with my bulking diet...or should I just keep on bulking and try to shed it all later?
Thanks!
