how does this sound guys, just been to work.. been on my feet since 5pm-12pm: came home and eaten this and just going to hit the sack..

salmon and cottage cheese on 4 wholemeal bread
banana
milk
handful of chocolate nibbles!! (BAD!!) :bang:

please critique!
